ONLY submit finishing measurements between Friday 12 November and Monday 15 November.
Measuring and tracking is a great way to compare your body composition transformation success while on this fat loss challenge. Centimeters lost are more important than the kilograms on your scale.
Start by taking Before-and-After photos of yourself before you begin. This is an excellent visual tool to measure your success. Record your measurements once a week. The scale can never reveal your size reduction success the way that the recorded values will.
