Read carefully through the requirements of the Before and After photographs.
Before photographs and measurements must be submitted before 17h00 on Tuesday, 5 October.
After photographs and measurements must reach us before 17h00 on Monday, 15 November.
Before and After photographs must be sent by email to photos@truefatloss.co.za or via WhatsApp to 082 976 6161.
Measurements must be submitted via this online form.
The winning entry with the biggest transformation / most centimeters lost (by 12 November) will be announced on 30 November.
